Resource Center

The content reflects the needs of the key stakeholders. Information held includes subjects of general national interest. These include:

1. The basic law of Uganda: the constitution.
2. National planning platform and relevant sector plans like: Poverty Eradication action plan, programme for modernisation of agriculture, education strategic investment plan.
3. The Uganda Gazette: Bills, Acts, Legal Notices, Statutory Instruments.
4. National Council Key documents like the University and Other Tertiary Institutions Act, Rules and Regulations, Annual Reports, Personnel and Accounting Manuals, Uganda Higher Education Review.
5. Publications in areas of National Council work. These will include; higher education studies and research, financing higher education, quality assurance, history of higher education, ICTs and Higher education, trends in higher education.
6. National Council for higher education website will be part of Documentation and Information centre resource.
7. Electronic resources and databases on higher education. These will include research work, and higher education supplements.
