Uganda Education Review Vol.5 no. 1 April 2008
The Uganda Higher Education Review is the Journal of the National Council for Higher Education, an autonomous and self-accounting agency that was established under the Universities and other Tertiary Institutions Act, 2001 to regulate the provision of higher education in Uganda.
The Journal, which is published twice a year, covers all aspects of tertiary education in Uganda, Africa and, where relevant around the world. It also highlights completed and planned Council activities. Contributors are invitted to submit articles, book reviews ,letters to the editor, and other correspondence on any aspect of higher education.
